ReligionThe chinese religion is split up by 4 clan. The confucianism is well known as an indigenous religion and is the soul of chinese culture. The most common is Buddhism split up into three sections, namely the Han, Tibetan and Southern Buddhism. Han buddism being the biggest one with 8,400 temples, and 50 thousand monks, it is the largest branch on the mainland.This represents the culture literature, art, and ideology. It influence most country around the world. In Tang Dynasty (618-907) Jianzhen traveled to Japan to spread buddhism as well as chinese culture. There are 4 main types of religions in China. Those religions are Taoism, Confucianism, Islam and Christianity. It is split up between Han, Tibetan and Southern Buddhism.

Ethnicity56 different ethnic groups make up China. 91.59% of the population belong to the Han Chinese. The other 55 ethnic groups make up the rest of the population, 8.41%. All of the people in China, including those who make up the minorities, share China's land even if they're living in their own separate communities.
The Chinese Han people can be found almost everywhere in China because of their large population of 1159.4 million people. For the most part they live in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the Yaghtze River, and the Pearl River. Not only do they make up the largest ethnic group in China, but also in the whole world. They live by their own unique way of life. The other 55 ethnic groups makeup a tiny proportion of people in China but they distributed all throughout China. The greatest number of these minorities can be found living in or near the Yunnan Province. The Chinese government issued a series of policies in order to ensure the fact that all 56 ethnic groups lived peacefully with each other. These rules created Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Guangxi, Ningxia and Tibet- which are the 5 autonomous regions- were set up as well as giving the minorities the rights to deal with their own affairs.. |
